Hotel Sales Manager: Next Vista for Learning

For a video having to do with a hotel, I would have assumed that there would have been more "glitz and glam;" however, the video is quite boring. The manager spent most of the video behind her desk. She mentioned two things, which made me chuckle a bit. One, she said that in order to get a job in her industry, you need to have "people skills" and be "very outgoing." I thought that since this is such an integral component to her job, that she would have shown this somehow in the video. She did not socialize with anyone, however. Secondly, she mentioned that there one of her favorite elements of the job was "the social interaction" it entailed. She also did not show any of this.

As far as some positives, she did include a few pictures of the hotel itself and describe some important tasks a hotel manager would be responsible for. In addition, the lighting and sound to the video was very good as well.
